Today was the first Annual Jessica Rose Foundation Golf Tournament. Since this is a charity that I love, I had to be a part of the day one way or another. So of course I made the cakes for the dinner and awards banquet. This first cake is the foundation's logo ( check out the next post for the second cake I made). It was vanilla almond cake with vanilla buttercreme, covered in fondant . Everyone seemed to enjoy it! :) I hope so.
